  • The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

🔁 Return Process

Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

2. Approval & Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Inspection & Refund
After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it.
If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–4 working days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • For defective or incorrect items, we provide a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost.
